body language

i've started reading the definitive book of body language.. i'm almost halfway and i'm liking it
never thought such small gestures can mean a lot.. i really am learning things that i've never even thought before like how italians act.. when i first came here in italy  i was culture shocked (i'm asian).. they are very touchy they'll kiss you as a greeting(its a custom)  .. and when an italian starts talking there's no stopping him you can't even interfere him .. italians always talk as if they're arguing (shouting and all)  but in reality they don't .. there are also gestures that we thought were okay but for them they're insulting .. but one thing i really don't like is when italian men (men in general)  don't respect women (i really hate seeing someone kicking a woman's butt and things like that it's just so rude !)

what a relief ! i can relax and enjoy my vacation yay!

i've been jogging with my girls every morning we started this week.. my body hurts everywhere because we also do some body exercises ..well it's a lot of fun if you have friends who share the same interest meaning you can do things with your friends ..


goal: lose weight ,tone muscles so i can flaunt my body in a bikini!

in fact i'm going to buy the latest serie which is the 'Lover Unleashed' ..

i really love reading but when i started loving makeup i always use my allowance to buy cosmetics rather than books and now that i have enough to last me astleast for a year.. i think i'll invest my money  more on books than cosmetics ..
Books are my passion but i cant live without makeup now (a brow pencil is my life)
it sucks to be just a student !

sana pumasa aco ngaung taon.. alam co kasalanan co kung bakit nagririsk aco ngaun sa dami ng absent n ginawa co.. binabawi co ngaun sa mga tests.. sana lahat ng tests co pumasa.. !! ayaw kong umulit ng taon masyado n aco matanda para umulit uli ng highshool n natapos co n nung asa pilipinas pa aco..
nitong may masyado acong busy sa pag-aaral para sa prova strutturate.. at kung pumasa aco d2 makakapag-exam aco para makakuha ng diploma di maturità..
gusto co talaga pumasa.. i'm still praying.. pero kelangan ng hardwork co para magkatotoo un..
please gusto co ng matapos ng makahanap ng trabaho para makatulong sa parents co..

para sa akin , ginagawa co lahat ng kaya co nagsasacrifice aco para sa pagaaral co ,nagpupuyat at ginugutom pero alam co n sa ika2buti co ito at ikakaganda ng buhay co....!
